Can I print my own passport photo at home?

Does this tool remove the background from my photo?
This tool crops and resizes your photo to the exact required dimensions and can fill a solid background color behind a transparent PNG, but it does not automatically remove an existing background. Start with a photo taken against a plain, evenly lit background for the best result.
